WTA Is Expanding

Since our founding 12 years ago, our school has grown faster than we could have imagined.

In addition to working through existing facilities challenges, we are literally bursting at the seams.

As we look to the future, we are excited to embark on an ambitious project that will help us accommodate the increasing demand for enrollment while preserving the essence of our school’s vision.

We Need Your Help To Grow

We plan to update our historic mansion and expand our newer building so that we can meet the needs of our growing school and continue to offer a dignified, effective learning environment for our students.

  • The mansion, a historic gem, is no longer usable due to its failure to meet modern code regulations.

We plan to renovate it to house our middle school, thoughtfully preserving the building’s character while integrating modern features that reflect our school’s commitment to blending tradition with innovation. This space will house:

    • A dedicated middle school area with thoughtfully designed classrooms

    • A state-of-the-art makerspace lab for hands-on STEM learning

    • A new shul/beit midrash to foster spiritual growth and Jewish learning

    • A Student Learning Center that supports personalized academic development

    • Administrative office spaces to better serve our growing school

    • A teachers’ hub for collaborative brainstorming and creativity

    • Dedicated spaces for support services such as Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy,
      Physical Therapy, and more

    • Comfortable student lounges for collaborative learning and social interaction

  • We are outgrowing our existing building, and have had to squeeze classes and services into smaller, multi-use spaces.

The second phase of our expansion involves adding a second floor to our newer building that was completed in 2021. This additional space will include:

    • Eight new classrooms to accommodate increasing enrollment

    • Innovative play spaces for our younger students, supporting active learning and
      creativity

    • A new auditorium to host events, performances, and community gatherings

    • Dedicated spaces for art and music classes to further enrich our students’ creative
      development
