Academic Philosophy
Westchester Torah Academy’s approach to education emphasizes individualized learning and personal attention while building essential life skills like intrinsic motivation, responsibility, concentration, and collaboration. From the youngest learners in our Montessori Early Childhood Program, to our Middle Schoolers preparing to enter high school, students at WTA are not just given information, they’re taught how to learn.
WTA’s Educational Models
Though our Early Childhood, Lower School, and Middle School all use different educational models, each one is designed to provide opportunities for individualized learning, with qualitative and quantitative data serving as benchmarks for differentiated instruction.
